7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

7.2 Reed.co.uk Purchases: Courses bought via Reed.co.uk have a 14-day refund policy. The cancellation period begins on the purchase date.

8.2 If your account is suspended, we may refuse further access to our Services. Attempting to create a new account after suspension may result in permanent termination.
8.3 Course Access Policy: Purchased courses remain accessible for 12 months. After this period, inactive accounts (no logins) will be deleted.
